EMDASH Cyber legal

Partner framework

Last updated 24 August 2026 · EMDASH Cyber · ABN 12345678 · Governed by Australian law

Public framework: This page describes operational expectations only. It is not a reseller, referral, distribution, employment, agency, or commercial agreement. Commercial terms require a separate signed agreement with EMDASH Cyber.

Purpose and scope

EMDASH Cyber (ABN 12345678) may work with implementation, advisory, referral, or service partners to help customers use EmDash. A partner may represent its own services only and must not describe itself as EMDASH Cyber or promise product, pricing, availability, or security outcomes that EMDASH Cyber has not approved in writing.

Partner responsibilities

  • Use EmDash only for authorised customer work and follow the applicable customer and provider permissions.
  • Protect credentials, invitations, integration secrets, reports, and customer communications.
  • Keep customer records, environments, and support activities separate.
  • Provide accurate information and escalate suspected security or privacy issues promptly.
  • Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.

Customer and data boundaries

Partner access is limited to the partner scope and customer assignments explicitly granted by EMDASH Cyber or the customer. Partners must not access unrelated tenants, secrets, credentials, message bodies, attachments, screenshots, investigation evidence, or customer-sensitive payloads. Partner access does not override tenant roles, module entitlements, provider consent, or server-side authorization.

Confidentiality and security

Partners must treat customer information, non-public service information, credentials, and security findings as confidential; use least-privilege access; maintain reasonable security controls; and ensure personnel and subcontractors follow equivalent obligations. A suspected unauthorised disclosure, compromise, or misuse must be reported to privacy@authnimbus.cloud without undue delay.

Support and communications

Partners must not impersonate EMDASH Cyber, alter audit records, make unsupported incident claims, or promise response times outside a signed agreement. Customer communications should identify whether the partner or EMDASH Cyber is responsible for the next action.

Commercial terms and end of access

Referral or reseller eligibility, fees, payment, tax, exclusivity, warranties, insurance, liability, intellectual-property rights, service levels, and termination are not defined by this public framework. They apply only if stated in a signed agreement. EMDASH Cyber may remove partner access when an assignment ends, a customer requests removal, a security risk exists, or the partner breaches applicable requirements.

Governing law

This public framework is governed by the laws of Australia. Any formal partner relationship is subject to the governing-law and dispute terms in its signed agreement.
