EMDASH Cyber legal
Terms of service
These terms explain the conditions for using the EMDASH Cyber website and EmDash services. By using the website, requesting a demonstration, or using an EmDash service, you agree to comply with these terms.
About EMDASH Cyber
EMDASH Cyber (ABN 12345678) provides EmDash, a security operations workspace for Microsoft 365 teams. EMDASH Cyber does not publish a business address on this website. Legal and privacy notices may be sent to privacy@authnimbus.cloud.
Using the website and services
You must use the website and services lawfully, honestly, and only for authorised business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping account credentials, invitations, tokens, and integration permissions under appropriate control.
EmDash access is tenant-scoped and role-based. A module entitlement or a read permission does not grant access to every feature or the ability to change configuration. Do not try to bypass module, role, consent, or investigation-data boundaries.
Microsoft 365 and third-party integrations
Integrations with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Defender, Splunk, Sentinel, or other providers require the permissions and consent selected by an authorised administrator. Provider terms and availability also apply. EMDASH Cyber is not responsible for a provider’s independent service, policy, availability, or data handling.
Intellectual property
EMDASH Cyber and its licensors retain all rights in the EmDash software, visual design, documentation, trademarks, and website content. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose. You must not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create a competing service from the website or service except where applicable law permits.
Security and acceptable use
You must not introduce malware, send unlawful or deceptive content, probe or disrupt infrastructure without written authorisation, misuse credentials, access another tenant, or use EmDash to violate privacy, intellectual-property, or communications laws. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
Changes, suspension, and termination
EMDASH Cyber may improve, change, or retire features. We may suspend access where necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or the integrity of tenant isolation, including where there is suspected abuse, a security risk, or a breach of these terms. Customer-specific service periods, support commitments, and termination rights are governed by the applicable signed agreement or order.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided for general information and the services are provided subject to the applicable customer agreement. Security tools reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every message, identity event, or threat will be detected or prevented. To the extent permitted by law, EMDASH Cyber excludes implied warranties and indirect, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and notices
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the courts of Australia for disputes arising from these terms, subject to any mandatory rights or venue rules that apply to you.
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Material customer-specific changes are handled under the applicable signed agreement.
