EMDASH Cyber legal
Privacy policy
This Privacy Policy explains how EMDASH Cyber (ABN 12345678) handles information collected through the public marketing website at www.authnimbus.cloud. Authenticated tenant-portal data is handled under the applicable customer agreement and data-processing terms.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we may collect your name, work email, organisation, phone number, company size, country, product interests, message, UTM source/medium/campaign fields, Cloudflare Turnstile security-verification information, and technical request metadata such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps.
We do not ask the contact form for message bodies, mailbox contents, credentials, access tokens, or customer security evidence.
How we use information
- Respond to enquiries and arrange demonstrations.
- Understand product interest and improve sales follow-up.
- Prevent abuse, protect the contact endpoint, and maintain service security.
- Meet legal, regulatory, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the marketing form to make automated decisions about people.
Service providers
Contact submissions are forwarded to EMDASH Cyber’s sales-intake service. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security-verification signals through its own service. Providers may process information in countries outside Australia under their applicable terms and safeguards.
Tenant portal and Microsoft data
The authenticated EmDash tenant portal processes customer-controlled security and operational data separately from this marketing site. Portal access is tenant-isolated and role/module gated. Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Defender data is accessed only through configured provider consent and the permissions selected by an authorised customer administrator.
Retention and protection
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legitimate operational needs, dispute handling, and legal obligations. We apply access controls and operational safeguards appropriate to the information. Retention periods may differ for customer service records, security logs, and legal records.
Your privacy requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to explain how it is being used, subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification. Email privacy@authnimbus.cloud. We may need to retain limited information where law or legitimate security and dispute obligations require it.
Updates and complaints
We may update this policy by publishing a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first at the address above. You may also contact the relevant Australian privacy regulator if you are not satisfied with our response.
